The power delivery shouldn't be an issue as I'm running a high end Platinum PSU with 750W from BeQuiet. I'll check the power loads of the system, but I don't think it's an issue really. Apparently specific load level creates some sort of coil whine inside my PSU which wasn't present at lower load level before.

One way to try to fix coil whine is to re-varnish the transformer. To find out exactly what is whining, put a straw up to your ear, and probe around inside the psu. _____

I think I will stick to upgrading my case because of better airflow( noticed in idle I am getting around 46 C).

This happens in almost all electrical devices, usually at a frequency and volume that’s inaudible to humans, especially inside a case.
Think about it, the longer you wait, the more chance of Sony releasing a revised version of the PS5 with the coil whine removed by grounding the coils in the PSU which you can then get potentially as a replacement unit, or Sony will ground the coils inside the PSU themselves with your unit to make it in line with the latest revisions.

that will be your PSU (VS650 650W 80+) doing it as that is a Tier 5 PSU and is a low quality Unit that will make a Newer GPU coil Whine. most Newer GPU's have some whine to them and its 99% of the time made worse by a lower quality PSU sending it more Ripple that will make the coils resonate more.

I am fairly sure the capacitors in most if not all PSU's hold a charge high enough to seriously injure or even kill you, it is best not to mess with the internals unless you know what your doing electrically. Coil whine is typically proportional to the amount of power drawn by the system, and appears a lot more obvious when the frame rate is high. If you're hearing a buzzing noise that immediately goes away when you open the PS dashboard, it's likely coil whine.
